What are the neon signs made of?
All our signs are handmade to order using premium flexible neon LED piping, with proprietary PVC moulding technology. This LED piping is affixed to sturdy & clear acrylic backing which is cut to shape.
Are the neon signs safe?
Our LED neon signs are designed to replace a traditional glass neon sign. As they use LEDs encased in plastic, rather than gas encased in glass, they produce relatively no heat and are shatter proof, so they are perfectly safe around children and pets.
How long will the neon sign last?
The LEDs used in our signs have a lifetime of a huge 50,000 hours. That is the equivalent of over 5 years if you were to keep the neon sign switched on constantly!
What if I have a problem with the neon sign?
All of our neon signs come with a 24-month warranty, meaning that we will replace it in the very unlikely event that you have any issues with it.
If you have any issues with your sign within 24-months of purchasing, you can contact our support team with details of your sign's issues.
The team can then arrange for the sign to be returned to us for inspection prior to authorising a replacement to be sent out to you.

What happens if my neon sign arrives damaged?
All our neon signs are shipped in full premium protective packaging consisting of plastic wrapping, bubble wrap, solid cardboard edge protectors & solid cardboard boxing. This is to ensure that your neon sign arrives to your door in perfect condition.
In the extremely unlikely event that your sign arrives damaged then please do not hesitate to contact us.

I was very unhappy with my order, it was not cute. It also came in two pieces which made cords and hanging a nightmare and communication was a huge struggle. I asked for a one piece and they offered to make a new one at a discounted price but then made another two piece despite my repeated complaints. Then weeks after trying to get this fixed they said I should pay 14.00 more. It isn't even the 14.00 it is the misunderstanding and the overall problem. I am throwing away this sign and will buy from a person who can communicate.

I needed this item for a party/gift. The timing was off on my part but had I not procrastinated I would have had this item in perfect timing. The feedback was timely and the mock up was exactly as i imagined. An exact replica of the design i created in Canva, the pricing and options are a bit confusing on your own so you have to message the seller, and they work with you to get it just right. I am satisfied and the excitement when my teen saw it was over the top.
