What are the neon signs made of?

All our signs are handmade to order using premium flexible neon LED piping, with proprietary PVC moulding technology. This LED piping is affixed to sturdy & clear acrylic backing which is cut to shape.

Are the neon signs safe?

Our LED neon signs are designed to replace a traditional glass neon sign. As they use LEDs encased in plastic, rather than gas encased in glass, they produce relatively no heat and are shatter proof, so they are perfectly safe around children and pets.

How long will the neon sign last?

The LEDs used in our signs have a lifetime of a huge 50,000 hours. That is the equivalent of over 5 years if you were to keep the neon sign switched on constantly!

What if I have a problem with the neon sign?

All of our neon signs come with a 24-month warranty, meaning that we will replace it in the very unlikely event that you have any issues with it.

If you have any issues with your sign within 24-months of purchasing, you can contact our support team with details of your sign's issues.

The team can then arrange for the sign to be returned to us for inspection prior to authorising a replacement to be sent out to you.

What happens if my neon sign arrives damaged?

All our neon signs are shipped in full premium protective packaging consisting of plastic wrapping, bubble wrap, solid cardboard edge protectors & solid cardboard boxing. This is to ensure that your neon sign arrives to your door in perfect condition.

In the extremely unlikely event that your sign arrives damaged then please do not hesitate to contact us.

I was hesitant because I have been wanting a REAL neon sign. I couldn't find a place that made them anymore and I found this Etsy post. When I turned it on I was SO IMPRESSED?!? BEAUTIFUL. It looks just like a real neon. Really cool gift. 10/10

Do not be fooled by the pictures!! These neon signs have wires, they aren’t battery operated. The pictures are deceiving and if you’re like me and ordered it in a rush because you trusted that the seller would post images that represent the actual product, you’re out of luck! I get no refund or exchange per the sellers response. I’ve never had such a horrible experience on Etsy 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Item arrived as described. But shipping was a mess. Would highly recommend seller chooses a more reliable delivery method than USPS. My delivery date was changed two times before item was shipped and once more while in transit. USPS didn’t deliver the item on time due to an “insufficient address” (same address I’ve had for 6 years and no prior delivery issues for) and seller had to get involved. Seller was able to get it worked out but not without several days of back and forth messaging. In the end, my sign did arrive, well packed in perfect condition and seller’s communication improved at the end so I’ve only taken off one star for all the drama. I am thrilled with the sign itself. I love that I can change the brightness and it is better in person than I dreamed!!!’
